The Show Is On!

The story behind Full Circle “2.0”

We’re super excited about the launch of our new website and brand. It’s a long time coming! Here’s an overview of our thinking behind the rebrand and update, and what you’ll find onsite.

The evolution from Full Circle Communications to FC 360 Marketing reflects the holistic and strategic value gained from working with, learning from and guiding our clients to better position, grow and scale. It’s more than communications, although that’s always a component of it.

Our services are “packaged” according to the convictions we hold on what makes breakout companies - and that’s what our work is ultimately all about. Our experience has shown that breakouts position and sell higher, serve as thought leaders, invest in customer advocacy and work their ecosystem. That’s represented in what we call the “Core Four” Programs. They work holistically to ensure elevated and sustainable market success.

It’s all in the perspective: Do you see the 3D cube shape…or the hexagon? Both are relevant to the FC 360 brand!

Four keywords capture how we work and partner:

  • Context - the most relevant keyword - to build with “the end in mind” according to audience, outcome, stage…whatever is at the other side.

  • Precision to know the most logical, efficient and pragmatic approaches that will achieve the objectives at hand. That’s based on listening to you, understanding your business and goals and applying what we know.

  • Imagination to see beyond a “product” and elevate your position, find new opportunities and create more value for you, your customers and partners.

  • Dimension to consider future adaptation and repurpose of what we deliver now - or to leverage messaging, strategy and programs designed for one group across multiple targets.

Our evolution is reflected in the FC 360 logo as well, designed by Max Morresi. It’s a bit bolder than the original (something we’ve earned through age), which was designed by the OG guru of enterprise marketing, Char Baxter. (Char was behind the original creative strategy of SAP America's early days. She was an incredibly wise and patient mentor when I launched Full Circle.)

The original, much-loved logo goes back to 1995.

The blog is already loaded with best-practice advice and how-to articles on market entry, positioning, navigating uncertainty and more. Please read, share and subscribe!

Takeways to know:

  • Open for business: The best place to start is with a discussion and assessment (formal or otherwise) of your current situation, needs, priorities and goals. Please contact us to start — or continue — a conversation!

  • Credits: Shout out to Sabrina Quairoli for her persistence in getting the website launched and to Jerry Linden for his always-on eagle-eye for detail in review.

  • Crowdsourcing call-to-action: A website is a never-finished project. We hope you take the time to visit, subscribe and revisit! Please feel free to reach out with suggestions (and corrections 😊), ideas for blog posts or info/sites to share on the resource page.

If you’re already part of our world: thank you! We’re humbled by the amazing people we’ve collaborated with and supported for so many years. We’re excited to continue the breakout journey together.

And if you’re just finding us now, let’s see we how we can spark 🎆!
