Working Together

  • Sometimes the most difficult question for prospective clients is, where do you start? Since we are working collaboratively and surrounding your teams, we start with a quick assessment to scope out what you already have, what you need and where we would add the most value. That's always useful and actionable in itself. From there, we recommend the best approach.

    When everything is identified well, it's easy to do a project-based approach. When you want ongoing support on specific activities, a retainer or service-level agreement with a schedule works best. For coaching or on-call guidance, we propose a minimal subscription according to a specific set of issues and expected outcomes, with dedicated sessions each month.

  • We've worked with nearly 40 startup companies, with CEO founders and management teams, investors and CMOs and young marketers in many different cultures. We aren't a "vendor" -- we are experts. We have passion for what we do and want to partner with like-minded clients. With all of our experience, we know what works and what doesn't.

    1. Commitment to marketing: We want you to believe in the power of marketing to change the direction of your company. We won't "sell you" on why you need marketing. (Although we are happy to do a workshop on its value if you simply don't understand it.) If you don't believe in it, but told to do "something" to fix your website or get more leads, that's not us.

    2. Active involvement: Please don't delegate us to someone and then forget it. In order to serve you well, we need to know how the business is going, challenges or changes you're facing and we want to share what we are seeing, too.

    3. Empowerment: As experts, we can take ownership of issues, but as outsiders, we can't work in a vacuum. It's not responsible for us to push in across your organization without clear sponsorship from you and communication to your teams.

We can support the complete lifecycle and scope of programs from strategy to delivery, with purpose-built tools, customizable templates, in-depth market research and proven approaches. We can work with you and your teams for ongoing and on-call guidance. We also do how-to and best practice workshops and develop ongoing programming to educate and empower teams, networks, accelerators and portfolios.

Our Story

History is destiny.

I started Full Circle Communications in 1995 to stay focused on the world of launching. The experience and impact of being a founding member of SAP America and part its $1M to $1B ride forged the DNA and passion for B2B tech and break-out growth ever since. The impact of business software to change the world, the collaboration of pioneer teams (whether startup or any new initiative), the opportunity to work across cultures and the excitement of seeing the spark catch to fireworks — can’t imagine anything better!

The evolution to FC 360 Marketing as a brand better represents the holistic and strategic value gained from working with, learning from and guiding founders, marketers, management teams and investors to help companies position, grow and scale.

Four keywords capture how we work and partner:
